Bedding
The obsession with higher thread counts in bedding is misleading. While manufacturers often boast about thread counts exceeding 400, these numbers are frequently inflated through various techniques, like counting individual strands and employing thinner threads, which don't necessarily enhance quality.
Thread count is only one aspect of bedding quality; more crucial factors include fiber content, such as high-quality natural fibers like cotton and linen, and the finish, which should avoid harmful chemicals. Additionally, the type of bedding, whether, sateen, linen, or cotton, plays a key role in comfort.
This is why you won't find it listed in our product descriptions. But for the sake of transparency Bansa Bamboo bedsheets have a thread count of 350.
All our dyes are GOTS certified, ensuring they are low-impact and among the safest and most environmentally friendly dyes available globally. This choice not only benefits your well-being but also contributes to a healthier planet.
Our sheets come pre-washed and pre-shrunk, with a slight allowance in size to accommodate any unexpected shrinkage. However, we advise against using high heat when drying your Bansa sheets.
Bansa Bamboo bedsheets are made from 100% Bamboo Modal. Its sateen weave makes it extremely soft and smooth to the touch.
Cold machine wash with like fabrics on gentle or delicate setting.
Line dry or tumble dry low.
Avoid bleach or fabric softener.
Conventional sheets often require weekly washing, which can be time-consuming. Our Bamboo bed sheets, due to their natural antibacterial properties, are designed to inhibit up to 99.7% of bacteria growth and can be washed approximately three times less frequently than traditional sheets. This not only saves you time but also ensures a clean sleeping environment.
Orders and Shipping
Your order will ship within 2-3 days.

Order cancelations are not guaranteed. Bansa reserves the right to deny order cancelation requests to customers that exhibit excessive cancelation activity.

Import taxes, duties, VAT, tariffs or customs fees levied on your items will be your responsibility.
Returns and exchanges
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll work to find a resolution for you.
You have a 30-days window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately nonrefundable. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection.

Please note we WILL NOT refund or exchange products that are:
- Used
- Without the original packaging
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

The responsibility for shipping and handling of the item to be returned will be yours.
We will not process a refund on packages marked as Return to Sender.
Rejecting receipt of a package (a.k.a., "Return to Sender", or "RTS") is considered returning the package without an RMA Number and may be charged up to 50% of the retail value as a restocking fee. Any fees or shipping charges incurred by the unauthorized return of the package will be re-billed to the customer in the form of a deduction from any applicable refund amount. In cases where the rejected package costs more than the order itself, a refund is not possible.
Any shipping and/or customs charges billed to a Bansa shipping account and not explicitly authorized by Bansa will be billed to the customer.
Bansa is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses; we will ship to the address you provide on your order. Bansa is also not responsible for a customers’ failure to respond to a carriers’ pickup instructions. Undeliverable orders will either be Returned to Sender or destroyed by the ground carrier and will NOT be replaced nor refunded.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is received by our Quality Assurance Team, which may take a week and it is confirmed that it fits within our Returns Policy.
Once the return has been approved, it takes 3-12 business days for the refund to be made to your original payment method.
